There is barely room around my equipment. Does that matter?
More than it looks. Clearance affects venting on a gas heater, whether a pump can be serviced without breaking plumbing, and what a replacement disturbs. If we are already changing a major component, rebuilding the pad around it usually pays for itself.
Is the salt here as bad as on the beaches?
