Pool Cleaning and Maintenance

Recurring cleaning and chemical management, green pool recovery, and one-time deep cleans — run by the crew that also repairs the equipment, so a failing pump is spotted on a service visit rather than on the day it dies.

Cleaning By A Repair Company

Most pool service is chemistry and a net. Ours is that plus a set of eyes that knows what a failing bearing sounds like, what a salt cell looks like at the end of its life, and what a slow drop in pressure across the filter is telling you. The tech on your route works on the equipment the rest of the week.

That changes what a service visit is worth. The common expensive failures on a Pinellas pool — a pump seal that has been weeping for a month, a heater that is short cycling, a cell producing at a fraction of rated output — all announce themselves well before they stop working, to someone who is looking.

  • Chemistry balanced and logged every visit, not guessed
  • Equipment checked while the tech is standing at the pad
  • Member pricing and priority scheduling on repairs
  • Green pool recovery without draining by default

Acid Wash & Surface Restoration

An acid wash strips a thin layer off the plaster to take out staining that chemistry cannot reach — organic shadows left by a pool that went green, mineral marks, and the grey cast an old surface picks up. It is a genuine reset, and it is not free: each wash removes material, so a surface can only take so many in its life.

We will tell you when a wash is the answer and when it is postponing a resurface that the shell actually needs. Structural damage, exposed aggregate over large areas and plaster that has gone chalky throughout are not wash problems, and washing them buys a season at best.

How A Service Visit Runs

Step 01

You Describe It

Same tech, same day of the week, so you know who has been on the property.

Step 02

Chemistry And Surfaces

Water tested and balanced, surfaces brushed, baskets and skimmers cleared, filter pressure logged.

Step 03

You Approve A Price

Equipment looked over while the tech is there — pump, heater, cell, automation.

Step 04

Equipment Checked

Anything heading for failure is flagged in writing before it becomes an emergency call.

Cleaning Questions

Do I need weekly service, or is fortnightly enough?

In a Florida summer, weekly. Heat, rain and bather load move the chemistry faster than a fortnight can absorb, and a screened pool in shade behaves very differently from one under oaks. We will tell you which yours is after the first few visits rather than selling the larger plan by default.

What happens if you find something broken?

You get told what it is, what it costs and how urgent it is, in writing. Plan members get member pricing and priority scheduling on the repair, and there is no obligation to have us do it.

Can you take on a pool that has gone green?

Yes, and usually without draining it. Draining a pool in Florida carries real risk — a shell can float if the water table is high — so recovery through filtration and chemistry is the first option and an acid wash the second.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. We hold the pool, electrical and gas licenses, so the tech who shows up works here and the whole job runs on one invoice and one warranty.
