Home/Services/Gas Line Installation
Licensed Gas Contractor · LI4527Natural gas and propane lines sized to the appliance, pressure tested and permitted. Leak detection and repair with after-hours dispatch, and the connections for heaters, generators, kitchens and fire features.
Most gas problems are sizing problems. A line that was adequate for a range will starve a pool heater, and an appliance that cannot get the volume it needs will short cycle, fault out, or run rich for years before anyone connects the two. We size to the actual BTU load on the whole run, not to the fitting at the end of it.
Holding the electrical license alongside the gas one matters more than it sounds. A standby generator needs a fuel line, a transfer switch and a panel tie-in; a pool heater needs gas and a bonded electrical feed. Those are one job here rather than two contractors negotiating a schedule.

Installation, leak work and propane. The appliance-specific connections are sections further down.

View Service →Leave the building first. Do not operate any switch, do not unplug anything, and do not use a phone until you are outside — a spark is all it takes. Once you are out, call 727-788-4086, and call the fire department as well if the smell is strong or anyone feels unwell.
We dispatch after hours for suspected leaks. The visit starts by making the system safe and finding the source, and the repair is quoted after that, not before.
Every one of these is the same trade done to a different load. They are quoted on the same call and permitted the same way.
The most common undersized run in Pinellas. A heater starved of volume short cycles and fails early, and the board usually gets blamed for it.
Grill, side burner and any future appliance sized into the run once, so the second addition does not mean re-trenching the first.
Permanent runs with a proper shutoff, rather than a hose to a bottle hidden behind the seating.
Sized for the generator at full load, which is where most retrofits get it wrong, and coordinated with the transfer switch and panel work.
We ask what the gas is feeding — now and what you are likely to add — before quoting anything.
The run is sized to the total BTU load, so the last appliance on the line still gets what it needs.
Flat rate, in writing, before any work begins.
Pressure tested, permitted and inspected under our own license before it is left in service.
Leave the building. Do not switch anything on or off, including lights, and do not use a phone indoors. Once you are outside, call us on 727-788-4086, and call the fire department if the smell is strong.
Yes. That is the whole reason we hold both licenses. The gas run, the electrical feed and the bonding are one visit and one invoice rather than two contractors coordinating with each other.
Natural gas if the street has it, because there is no tank to fill and no delivery to schedule. Propane where it does not, or where the load is seasonal. We will tell you which your address can actually get before you plan around it.
No. We hold the pool, electrical and gas licenses, so the tech who shows up works here and the whole job runs on one invoice and one warranty.
Tell us what the equipment is doing and we will tell you what it needs. We diagnose before quoting, so you know what failed and what it costs before anyone starts.
Three licences under one roof — pool, electrical and gas. One crew, one invoice, one warranty.
Tell us what the gas is feeding. We will size it properly and quote it before any work starts.
