Repair, service and lighting under three licences — see every service.
Family-owned in Largo since 2019 — three active licenses, zero subcontractors.
Landscape, pool, deck and commercial lighting installed by licensed electricians — buried feeds, properly sized transformers and fixtures chosen to survive salt air rather than to survive the first season.
Most outdoor lighting that fails in Pinellas fails for one of three reasons: the fixtures were not rated for the environment, the transformer was undersized for the run, or the connections were made above ground where the irrigation could find them. None of those are lighting problems. They are electrical problems that happen to involve lights.
We install lighting as electrical work — feeds buried at depth, connections made to last, transformers sized with headroom for the run you will actually end up with. That is the difference between a scheme that looks good in year one and one that still looks good in year five.

Outdoor and commercial lighting. Indoor fixture and fan work is handled on the electrical side.

New cans, retrofit trims into existing housings, and layouts that light the room rather than the ceiling.
Swapping out fluorescent and halogen for LED, with dimmers that actually work with the driver rather than buzzing at half brightness.
Wall packs, soffit lighting, security and motion fixtures, mounted and sealed for a coastal county.
Pinellas is a peninsula. Salt carries inland on the wind well past the beaches, and it finds the cheapest metal in any fixture — usually a screw, a spring clip or the back of a socket. A standard fixture eight blocks from the Intracoastal can be weeping rust within two seasons while an identical one in Orlando lasts a decade.
Brass, copper and marine-grade stainless cost more up front and stop the conversation about replacements. Irrigation makes it worse again, because the spray is constant and lands exactly where the connections are, which is why we bury feeds and seal joints rather than tucking them under mulch.
We walk the property after dark where we can — it is the only way to see what actually needs lighting.
The scheme is drawn to the property: what gets lit, what stays dark, and where the glare would land.
Flat rate, in writing, covering fixtures, transformer, feeds and controls.
Feeds buried, connections sealed, transformer sized with headroom, and the whole run tested.
Almost always corrosion at the connections or an undersized transformer. Salt air gets into anything not rated for it, and a transformer running at its limit will cook itself and dim the far end of the run. Both are fixable, and both are worth checking before replacing fixtures.
Usually yes, and it is one of the better upgrades available — less heat, a fraction of the draw, and colour if you want it. The niche and the bonding get checked first, because that is where the real risk sits.
We handle it. Lighting here is electrical work — the circuit, the transformer, the buried feed and the controls are all ours, under EC13011994.
No. We hold the pool, electrical and gas licenses, so the tech who shows up works here and the whole job runs on one invoice and one warranty.
Tell us what the equipment is doing and we will tell you what it needs. We diagnose before quoting, so you know what failed and what it costs before anyone starts.
Three licences under one roof — pool, electrical and gas. One crew, one invoice, one warranty.
Tell us what you want lit. We will walk it, design to the property, and quote before anything is ordered.
