The city spans a barrier island, a mainland downtown and a large eastern residential belt, and the exposure changes completely across that distance. Yes, and we treat them as different jobs. The island needs marine-grade components and scheduling that respects guests; the mainland usually does not. Tell us the address when you book and we will bring the right parts.
We are an association. Can you work outside posted hours?
Yes. For a shared pool it is the only sensible approach — early mornings, evenings and planned closures are routine, and anything affecting compliance comes with documentation.
How long does a permit take with the city?
Clearwater runs its own building department and timelines move. We pull and close permits under our own licences and will tell you the current picture when we quote rather than guess at it.
Do you use subcontractors?
