Pinellas County · Licensed Pool, Electric & GasSitting on Boca Ciega Bay, Bay Pines splits between waterfront property with docks and inland streets a few blocks back — and the two have almost nothing in common once the equipment pad is open.
Six service lines, three licences, one crew. Pick the category that matches your project and you will land on the full service list.
Pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, lights and automation — diagnosed on the pad and quoted flat.
All Pool Repair →Panels, rewiring, EV chargers and outdoor power — permitted under our own EC licence.
All Electrical Services →New lines, appliance hookups, heater fuel runs and leak testing — pressure tested every time.
All Gas Services →Landscape, pool and deck lighting installed by licensed electricians — coastal-rated fixtures and properly sized transformers.
All Lighting Services →On the water, the job is marine and dock electrical — corrosion and bonding. Bay frontage means salt in the air and usually a dock, a lift or a seawall, and dock power is the part most likely to have been added piecemeal over the years by whoever was available. Loose bonding, a shore pedestal that has been damp inside for a season, and lift circuits without correct GFCI protection are all things we find here — and all things worth finding before somebody is standing in the water.
A few streets inland it becomes ordinary pool equipment repair, where age rather than exposure is what failed. That distinction is worth making on the phone, because dock wiring and a straightforward pool pump repair need different things on the truck, and cost differently.

Only one holding an electrical licence, which we do. Dock power is electrical work in the worst environment there is, and it is the one place where a bonding fault stops being a code issue and becomes a swimming safety issue.
It is what happens when faulty wiring energises the water around a dock, and it is the reason marine GFCI protection and correct bonding exist. It is rare, and it is preventable. If your dock has power and has never been inspected, it is worth an hour of somebody competent looking at it.
On the waterfront, measurably. A few streets inland the difference largely disappears, which is why we ask where exactly you are before quoting a replacement — marine-rated components are worth specifying on the water and not worth the premium off it.
No. We hold the pool, electrical and gas licenses, so the tech who shows up works here and the whole job runs on one invoice and one warranty.
Tell us what is going on and we will get a tech to you in Bay Pines. Pool, electrical and gas all run under our own licences, so one visit covers the whole fault.
Three licences under one roof — pool, electrical and gas. One crew, one invoice, one warranty.
