Redington Shores is narrow enough that there is no inland here — every address is exposed. Pool equipment, disconnects, light niches and dock hardware all corrode faster than the same components would a few miles east. We are an association. Can you work around our posted hours?
Yes, and for a shared pool it is the only sensible way to do it. Early mornings, evenings and planned closures are normal, and anything affecting compliance comes with documentation of what was done and what it was set to.
Why does everything corrode so fast out here?
The island is narrow enough that there is no sheltered side. Salt reaches every property from at least one direction and usually both, and it attacks fixings and terminals long before it touches anything you can see. Specifying components rated for it is the only thing that changes the outcome.
Do you cover the whole island?
Yes. Redington Shores and the neighbouring beaches are all inside our normal service area, nine miles from the shop, with no travel surcharge.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. We hold the pool, electrical and gas licenses, so the tech who shows up works here and the whole job runs on one invoice and one warranty.
