LAZI Labs, a division of YR Development Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), operates internal accounting automation tools that integrate with QuickBooks Online. This privacy policy describes how we handle data accessed through the Intuit QuickBooks API.

1. Information We Access

Through the QuickBooks Online API, this application may access:

• Company financial data (invoices, bills, accounts, transactions)
• Customer and vendor records (names, addresses, contact information)
• Employee records (names, roles)
• Financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, aging reports)

2. How We Use Information

All data accessed through QuickBooks Online is used exclusively for internal business automation including automated bill creation, invoice processing, financial reporting, and account reconciliation. We do not use this data for any purpose other than operating our internal accounting workflows.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share QuickBooks Online data with any third parties. Data is accessed and processed solely within our internal systems.

4. Data Storage

QuickBooks Online remains the system of record for all financial data. Our application processes data in transit and may temporarily cache data for up to 30 days for processing logs and error resolution. No permanent copies of financial data are stored outside of QuickBooks Online.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• OAuth 2.0 authentication with encrypted token storage
• HTTPS encryption for all API communications
• Access restricted to authorized company administrators

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Processing logs are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. OAuth tokens are stored only as long as the integration remains active. Upon disconnection, all stored tokens are immediately deleted.

7. Your Rights

You may revoke this application’s access to your QuickBooks Online data at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings under “Manage connected apps.” Upon revocation, all stored access tokens are immediately invalidated.
